Apple has topped J.D. Power and Associates 2011 U.S. Wireless Smartphone Customer Satisfaction Study for the fifth time in a row with the iPhone. Apple scored a 795 out of a possible 1,000 points dropping from last years 800 out of 1,000 points and still landing in 1st place. This year Motorola and HTC’s came in second and third place with it’s smartphones.
J.D. Power and Associates said respondents based their opinions on “ease of operation, operating system, physical design, features, and battery function.”
